Terms & Conditions – Codename Sierra 2

1. Property Information

• The details provided regarding Codename Sierra 2, including project specifications, amenities, pricing, and configurations, are subject to change as per the discretion of the developer.
• All images, floor plans, brochures, and artistic impressions are for representation purposes only and may vary from the final construction.

2. Booking and Payment

• To book a 2 BHK simplex or duplex at Codename Sierra 2, buyers must comply with the payment schedule outlined by the developer.
• All payments must be made through authorized banking channels as per the guidelines provided.
• Any delay in payment may result in penalties, interest charges, or cancellation of the booking, as per the terms agreed upon in the sales agreement.

3. Possession and Handover
